My 3 Fave Podcasts
My favourite thing to do at the start of a week is to kick it all off with some catch-up and inspo after a weekend off. Typically, Mondays (or in the case of this week after a long weekend, Tuesday!) consist of burning through a ton of emails, getting my content set for the week, mapping out my workouts, meetings and appointments for the week, etc—all in all, kind of a chained-to-my-laptop, major power-through day. Over the past few years, I’ve found the one thing that keeps me feeling inspired and able to push through this heavier day is a killer podcast.
While these are definitely a bit more geared towards the business-minded or entrepreneur type, I feel like they’re all still general enough to appeal to just about anyone and above all else, it’s all about one thing I think just about everyone can get behind: self-improvement! From repositioning your strategy in business to getting over procrastination, there’s so many great channels that I really love but these 3 are so consistent for me.
LEWIS HOWES
First up, Lewis Howes! He’s a former pro athlete who transitioned from that career into entrepreneurship and philanthropy—he’s just absolutely killed it, from interviewing with the likes of Tony Robbins to being on Ellen! His podcast is interview style with really amazing people across all walks of life—it’s so cool how many people I’ve discovered through him, like Kelly Leveque (whose Body Love book I’m obsessed with!) to Mel Robbins (whose episode I actually shared earlier this year!).

MIND YOUR BUSINESS
James Wedmore has such an amazing, upbeat perspective to business, but its his curiosity and open-mindedness towards betterment as a person in different ways that I find the most appealing—take a recent episode about tapping, for instance, and using it to reprogram toxic unconscious thoughts! Some of it can seem a bit woo-woo but I appreciate it all, and his business-oriented tips are always so effective for me.

THE TONY ROBBINS PODCAST
Love him or hate him (I personally love him!) there’s so much to learn from in this podcast and as far as self-improvement goes, there’s a ton of info and tips! It’s also about the access—with such a big name, there are some really incredible people interviewed! I listen to the two above far more but still really love tuning in and seeing what’s new!

I have so many podcasts that I subscribe to that my mind sometimes goes nuts but I am obsessed with Jess Lively at the moment – http://www.jesslively.com – have been listening to her since she started her podcast years ago but the past year or so has seen a major transformation in her life and it has so helped me get in alignment and find more joy.
