Happy 2016!!! I can’t believe we’re already a few days into the new year – I don’t know about you, but I usually need a few days after the holidays to get my life back on track, clean up, de-Christmasfy our apartment, write out my goals, catch up on emails, etc. I feel like I’m just about caught up (except for my inbox, eek!) but one thing I’m particularly excited about has thankfully already kicked off today. I’ve just started my 4th Whole30! This might seem like a weird thing to get excited about (30 days of no alcohol, no gluten, no wheat, no dairy, no sugar, etc) but to put it lightly, my body is literally aching from 1 month + of too many cocktails, too much rich food and too many allergens (I kind of knowingly eat what I know will cause pain during the holidays and end up paying for it at the end).
Whole30 is definitely not a sustainable thing for me – I like food (and wine) way too much to not be able to try just about everything in moderation. Having said that, there are the rare times (now being one of them) that you just really desperately need a reset and I’m so excited to kick it off and start feeling a bit less…icky.
If you’ve never done a Whole30 before, I’d love for you to join me on this! I’ll be sharing some fun content this time around (meal guides and the like) so if you haven’t done it before (or if you did it before and really struggled), lots of support will be headed your way.
In fact, whether you’re intent on doing one this month or are still on the fence, you can sign up to my newsletter below! I’ll be sending through weekly tips and tricks over the course of the month plus other exclusive content I only send through to my mailing list. Sign up below!

Thanks so much Natali! 🙂
Wow.. that's amazing! Though eating healthier is one of my top resolutions this year, I can't say I will join you since I'll surely fail. (my version of eating healthier is less ramen noodles :P)
Best of luck to you, and best 2016!!
I could never do the whole 30…but after a month of eating like crap (and being on vacation that was all inclusive) it was time to get back to a good routine (food and gym). I love this whole look. I adore your hat and sweater.
