After a weekend full of festivities (one of my best friend’s birthdays yesterday, an amazing dinner
with Lubov Azria and the BCBG team Saturday and Erin‘s bridal shower earlier in the weekend), all the celebrating has finally caught up with me. It’s a beautiful sunny day outside but I am not leaving my bed…ever. Or at least until this afternoon.
I was decidedly way more chipper in these snaps here – Matt and I had lazed in the sun for a little bit then headed to the boardwalk for a relaxed walk. This J.Crew dress was the natural option for the summer heat – I wore it to the J.Crew event I hosted last week (thank you to everyone who came out!) and I’m not ashamed to say that since Wednesday, it’s already been worn a couple times. It’s just such a perfect Little White Dress, aka the ultimate summer staple.
Though I wish I was a bit more lively today, it feels pretty amazing to be going onto week 2 of self-employment! I’ve been loving it so far but definitely feeling the transition as I get used to setting my own hours, structuring my days differently, etc. Do any of you from-home entrepreneurs have any tips for me??
