Well, while we all succeeded in getting our outfits together in under one hour, it proved a bit more challenging than I’d initially thought. The sheer volume of amazing stuff the store had made it hard to sift out the obvious no’s since there were very few pieces I didn’t instantly covet, resulting in aching arms from carrying way too much about 30 minutes in and some serious fitting room panic when I had only 10 minutes left and at least 20 more pieces I was dying to try on.
Ultimately though, I settled on this “Winter Weekend” look (we all randomly selected different winter occasions to style around!). From the faux-fur-trimmed parka to these amazing plum skinnies (that Jen and I both wore to our Glitter Guide shoot the next day, whoops!) I can already tell I’m going to be wearing each and every one of these pieces to death this coming winter. In fact, I’m wearing that navy honeycomb sweater as I type this! Already in full-on obsession mode.
