This post is pretty much a celebration of all things fall, so it seems only fitting to post it as a way of capping off one of the most beautiful Octobers I’ve ever had! I was chatting with my friend last weekend that it feels like we’ve had an unusually long (but very welcome) amount of beautiful weather this month – we’ve truly been spoilt. From the blue skies and sunshine to the fact that the trees seem to still be holding onto their vibrant autumnal-hued leaves far longer than usual, this month almost converted me from a die-hard summer person to a fall girl.
Anyway, other than the trees putting on an amazing show, I decided to go all-out autumnal in this outfit – scarlet mixed with camel and warm brown felt very fall, especially with the addition of some of my favourite pieces from Keltie Leanne‘s fall line. Love the deep, rich hues of the bracelets!
I’m taking the fall fiesta one step further tonight with a little pumpkin spray painting blowout for the official fin d’Octobre (also known as Halloween). I’ve been inspired by a few of my blogger girls to take my gourds next level – I’m not really the crafty type that so many other bloggers seem to be so I rely on people like Alicia, Kassandra, Vickie and Erin to get me inspired to make my fortnightly trip to Michael’s!
Happy Halloween everyone!
