Green and Gold
Club Monaco skirt, H&M top, J.Crew heels, BCBG clutch,
blazer c/o Club Monaco, necklace c/o Keltie Leanne Designs
Just fully channeling my inner leprechaun here, no big deal. There’s something about the very 70’s-esque colour combo of gold and green that I’ve always loved, though it’s definitely not because they were my high school’s colours. I very distinctly remember playing field hockey and having to wear hunter green skirts, mustard socks and, oh wait, what was it….oh yes! Mustard. On top. I’m pretty sure at some point or another we also had mustard-green sweatsuits. How I somehow love the green and (more subtle) gold combo pictured here today is beyond me, because clearly, my high school years still haunt me.
On another note, my sister’s leaving potentially forever (well…a couple years) to Europe and it’s making me feel severely anxious. As mentioned yesterday, there have been a few rough things on the go lately but this one’s definitely been stressing me out significantly. My family’s so close so having one of the Wolf Pack (don’t ask) gone always makes things feel…off. But I’m so excited for her adventures and hopefully it won’t be too long before we’re both frolicking around in France, back in our mother tongue!
Oh and speaking of which, today’s my first French class!!! So excited. You don’t get to hear all that much French out in British Columbia so I’m pretty excited to get back in touch with my Québécois roots finally!
On a final note, today’s the last day to enter my $50 giveaway to Aritzia or Club Monaco which I’m putting on with Robson Street. If you’re in the Vancouver area, enter now!
Too much is too much, and your High School sports outfits sounds like it was too much haha. But this look is really great! I absolutely adore the shape of your skirt, and hunter green is one of my favorite colors to wear so big love for that too. xo

These colours go together perfectly! I totally know how you feel, I moved away from Ontario to Alberta and it's been super hard being away from my family and friends. You learn to live with it but it's so hard! Hopefully you can visit Europe soon! 😉
