Upon receiving these stunning Sole Society x Julianne Hough heels, the first few imaginary outfits that raced through my brain were more elegant, evening-apropos looks, but for some reason this casual chic look just felt the most natural. As a general rule yearlong, staying comfortable is an absolute must of course, but in the summer in particular, I just feel like the prep time that goes into hair, beauty or styling should be kept at an absolute minimum. Having said that, because I did go so lax outfit-wise, I did finally put on makeup for the first time in like…two weeks. A little cat eye liner, highlighter and lippie and the whole look is juuust elevated enough.
What are you guys up to this weekend? I’m so excited to just take it easy and hit the beach (as always), do some patio nights and hang out with my lovely pals Peter, Lily and Matina before Peter jets off for Toronto! So sad he’s going but so happy my little brunch crew gets one more round of it before he goes.
