Beach to Street
Anyway, here’s my whole two-step breakdown of how to take a completely natural beach look to a casual patio drinks date look: 1) lipstick and 2) perfume. That’s it. It’s summertime so beauty- and hair-wise, let’s keep it as minimal as possible. You can also pack a pair of comfy wedges in your beach bag like I did – flip flops take up little to no room in your bag once you swap the wedges in. Anyway, a whole two minutes later and you’re set! Isn’t summer lovely? It’s my favourite season for a reason…so low-maintenance and happy.
Speaking of happy, thank you all for the wonderful reaction to yesterday’s giveaway! If you want to enter to win a pair of James Jeans skinnies yourself, enter now – the contest only runs for a week and is open worldwide!

This is the perfect beach to date look, I love the dress and the pattern on it!!! The word seepage made me laugh and uncomfortable all at the same time, but yeah i know that, it sucks!

Perfect. That dress is gorgeous! The whole bathing suit top leaking through clothing is the worst and you said it AWKWARD. I always hate when I've been at the pool all day and have to run a quick errand, but feel it's completely necessary to do a whole outfit change to avoid it…so annoying!!
