Mustard yellow is a hue I’ve always been drawn to but always too terrified to try…I was told from a young age that yellow “wasn’t my colour,” so I’ve always shied away from it unless it’s in its palest form and I’m super tan (so, two months out of the year). Thanks to the lovely people at Banana Republic Canada though, I finally have a mustard-hued piece all to my own, and since I’ve always loved the colour paired with burgundy, these skinnies were the first thing that came to mind when my mind autorouted to styling mode. PS how cute are these LOVECOCO studs by my lovely friend Carolina? We were all dying over her beautiful pieces at Deck Your Closet!
So glad to hear that I’m not alone in my procrastinating ways in the comments to yesterday’s post – I’m just starting on my gift shopping today, i.e. one measly week away from Christmas. Gawd, I’m the worst.

With my red hair I've always been the girl who loves mustard yellows and weird green 70's hues. They can be so pretty and are different. I like the way you styled the colour:)
