I’m so happy to finally share this little sneak peek with you of an exciting project myself and my lovely friends/blogging peers Jen Tam, Jen Pistor and Alicia Quan have been working on.
Meet The Style Common. After an impromptu coffee date this September filled with what most blog get-togethers usually consist of (copious amounts of coffee and blog-chatter), we realized we were all in similar situations: whether we were exiting one station of life or heading into another, we were all transitioning into new directions. What’s more, our blogs are pretty significant components of our next moves and of our lives in general. It took about 15 serendipitous moments for us to all share the same thought: what would happen if we pooled some of our efforts together and worked as a team on more ambitious projects? Being the open-minded girls that we are, we decided to take a leap of faith and try it out…so far, the journey has been incredible and I truly feel so excited for everything we have on the horizon.
While I don’t want to reveal too much yet, we do have a few things planned for the holiday season. We’ll be launching our site, working on a fun collaboration with one of our favourite brands and also kicking off the holidays with a fabulous event. So for the time being, save the date…come December 9th, local West Coasters will get the opportunity to shop our closet in an elegant and festive shopping event!
