What I wore for beers and nachos last night in celebration of my first ever day at FASHION Magazine! I really enjoyed my first day as an intern there and am happy to report that any major nerves I had melted away after meeting the wonderful people I’ll be working with.

It’s already starting to heat up here and I’m freaking out because for some bizarre and twisted reason, our place doesn’t have an AC unit! Pretty sure we’re just going to have to buckle down and find one otherwise we may not last through the summer…it’s scary to think that the heat hasn’t even begun and already I’m only sleeping with a sheet.
Off for day #2 – hope you all are off to a good start of the week so far!
Toronto can be awfully hot and humid in the summer(unlike breezy Vancouver). You guys would need an a/c soon or a good fan.

I would be so happy if it was a little warmer over here.. we have around 10 degrees celsius at the moment..(not really normal, knowing that it is May)

sooooooooooo, that heat thing, omg i remember it well and the ex used to take me ON PURPOSE to McDonalds cos you know why?! it ain't the burgers….it's their A/C – just happens to be the coldest around and super refreshing on those hottest days coming up in August. we would go hang out for an hour or so and get delightfully cooled off before venturing outside again, baha! best of lucks trying to find your cool spots but no matter what you hold it together and look amazing the whole time! ♥
