Guest Post: Megan of Feathers & Freckles

Hi friends! Today’s guest post is from Megan of Feathers & Freckles, who is not only one of the sweetest bloggers I’ve ever gotten to know, but a complete stunner with style that is somehow both accessible and aspirational. If you’re at all into thrifting, this girl is the bona fide expert! Hope you all get a chance to visit her blog and that you fall in love with that beautiful red hair, quick wit and amazing sense of style too!

Aloha! I’m Megan from Feathers & Freckles. This is definitely what I’d be wearing for a night out in Maui if Alex had invited me along (or if I lived close enough to hide in her suitcase). Not pictured are the Pina Coladas I would have in each hand.

But instead of Maui, I’m wearing this outfit behind an abandoned building in Florida. You may hear Florida and think sandy white beaches and palm trees, but I live in the center of the state so I’m actually surrounded by alligators and humidity.

We miss you, Alex! Hope you’re having a blast and I can’t wait to stalk see your vacation photos.

I love the blue dress! I didn't realize FL was humid 🙁 I've always joked about retiring there to escape Louisiana's humidity.

I showed one of my friends your blog the other day, Megan, and she was like, "IS THAT A DUMPSTER IN HER PICTURE?"

    I don't know. I find it charming.

So cool finding you here Megan! Lovely dress!! I'm sure you already drank the two pina coladas, there's a reason why they're not pictured!
