11.11.11.

It’s Remembrance Day today in Canada, and this year, it’s falling on the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of the century. Pretty special! Aside from taking some time today to remember our veterans and hopefully make it to the cenotaph in time, I also wanted to share a few images from the photoshoots I did with Lily of Bleed for Fashion and Jen of her waise choice for an article I wrote recently for my program’s newspaper. I think my editor did a wonderful job of the layout. One thing: please keep in mind that the article was written for students, so skim over the parts that seem overly simplified or obvious!

Lily and Jen have such different styles, but they are both absolute masters of layering. I loved Jen's look- I was admiring it at the Shoppalu party on Saturday and wishing I could wear wooly sweaters like her gray one, the cowl neck just kills me 🙂

Hope you're having a wonderful, and restful, weekend love!

If I had known ahead of time you were going to take photos, I would've dressed more appropriately. 😉

Thanks for wanting to feature me, love. It looks great!

Thanks for thinking of me when you did this article Alex, I'm so flattered that you did! It turned out so well and I definitely got some tips on cold weather dressing from the other ladies. I think it's time to invest in a new, quality coat!

Hope you have a great week (not too stressful!) and I'll see you on Tuesday- yay!

Grey on grey on black is one of my fave combos! Plus, you can add any accent color to liven it up!
