First and foremost, I need to ask a favour of you all: I’ve been very kindly invited by Bloggers Wardrobe to compete for a chance to gain admission into their circle of bloggers. In brief, Bloggers Wardrobe is like an e-shop for bloggers but the brands that participate are sponsors and the bloggers are able to gain access to and try different products at no cost. Pretty amazing, right? There are some amazing blogs already on the roster (mode d’amour, taghrid, etc.), and I would be so honoured to join the team. Among other things, my application will be judged by my reasoning as to why I should join the team and also how much traffic I can generate to their site, so please click on one of the “Bloggers Wardrobes” links above! Each click matters and means a lot to me! As to why I think I should win one of these four spots, well, I have had a lifelong fascination and love of fashion and have created an expression of this love through my blog. I think this dedication deserves a little reward, and of course, I think I could contribute in my own special way as well!

I am currently freezing and about to head to H&M in search of a sweater to get me through the day. The problem with not living with your boyfriend is that you essentially live like a bag lady at his place and often don’t have a necessary article of clothing in your bag of tricks (like a sweater when it’s freezing and grey outside). The only way to fix this after the fact is to just keep buying more and more stuff to compensate. It’s a vicious cycle.
Hope you’re all having a wonderful Friday! Speaking of the boyfriend, it’s actually his birthday tomorrow and we have a great day planned. Really excited about it, will post some pics of it at the end of the weekend!

As far as Blogger Wardrobe is concerned, I will be clicking your links as much as I possibly can… But the fact that you are being made to compete for a spot suggests to me that they have not recognised that you just deserve to be handed a spot. Which you do, because you're fabulous. I suppose I have a (small) personal bias, but still. Just saying. Especially because you are wearing the only pair of Jeffrey Campbells I have ever actually liked in these photos. Those are amazing! Are they current? I feel like everything he makes is so chunky and impractical, but maybe I've just been exposed to the wrong parts of his collection.
