Kings of Leon at the Gorge
What a weekend! I definitely had the most amazing time and am so happy that we decided to commit to this impromptu trip! Here are some pics from our time at the Gorge:
mountains, forests, and ocean in Vancouver
and still as amazing as ever
Aside from the KOL concert (which was incredible), there were so many other great memories…from camping off the side of the highway to swimming at the state park to forgetting our grill and having to get some nice woman to cook lunch for all of us, it was all in all a wonderful trip. Also, being Canadians, American things like Fred Meyers (the best store ever…how is one store able to carry everything?!?) to being able to purchase alcohol in a Safeway is all very exciting and exotic. I will treasure the memory of buying beer at a gas station forever.
Though it was an amazing trip, I’m definitely happy to be home now, and most importantly, to be clean. I’m not really a gung-ho camping type of girl so really two days was the perfect amount of time to be “roughing” it. Any longer and I would’ve gone loopy. I guess it’s back to real life now!
the concert looks amazing [:
im glad that you took a well deserved, yet fashion enhanced, break from society, and enjoyed yourself in style.
the last photo is my favorite.
