If you guys can’t tell already by now, I love anything that will double task or take me from morning to evening (whether it’s a perfect long-lasting beauty look, an #ootd that transitions easily post-work, etc). Naturally, the same low-key attitude extends to my hair. This day-to-night hairstyle only requires a few tweaks to go from desk to drinks and best of all, it’s beyond easy!
I start by adding some quick curls to my hair with a flat iron, letting it cool down fully and spritzing it with TRESemmé’s Beauty-Full Volume Hairspray (obsessed with this product and the whole collection – see my original post sharing how I get beachy waves with it here!).
After it’s cooled down, I just loosen up the curls quickly to turn them into beachy waves.
On the left side of the nape of my neck, I grab one piece and pin it slightly to the right. I do the same on the other side too, creating a pseudo low ponytail to hold the curls in place without adding any dents or kinks to my hair!
When it’s time to switch up the look, I simply unpin this loose pony and add some bounce and volume back to my hair again (option to spritz a bit more hairspray again too – I love doing this at the nape of my neck by flipping my head over and letting it dry, always adds a ton of volume!).

Et voilà! The easiest two-in-one hairstyle ever. I especially love this style because I’m super fidgety when it comes to my hair, always playing with it or tossing it around. Keeping it in the low pony ensures I don’t play with it during the day (i.e. ruining my waves).
