My Go-To Breakfast Smoothie
Tropical Berry Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup Oasis Nutrisource Cranberry Juice
1 heaping handful spinach
1/2 cup each frozen blackberry, raspberries, blueberries
1 cup chopped pineapple
Blend all together, but a good tip is to put your liquids (juice, coconut water, etc) in first and then layer things in based off of how easy they blend (i.e. put your spinach in next, your pineapple and then the frozen berries!).
Now a little bonus here—my favourite post-workout smoothie! I don’t know if it’s because I always had a banana after swim practices when I was younger, but I find I crave bananas after a sweat session like crazy. I love blending them up in smoothies so I can have the benefits of all the other delicious additions as well, plus blending up your post-workout snack helps it digest more easily (meaning your system benefits more quickly from it!).
Banana Choco-Coconut Post-Workout Smoothie
1/2 cup each coconut milk and coconut water
1/2 cup Oasis Nutrisource Wild Berry Pomegranate
1 banana (tip—freeze your ripe ones to make this creamier!)
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Blend all together and enjoy post-workout (and don’t forget to hydrate tons!).
Hope you love these recipes and Oasis’ blends! As it happens, if you’re a smoothie fiend yourself you might want to enter Oasis’ Nutrisource giveaway—win 1 of 10 $1000 shopping sprees here!
A big thank you to Oasis for partnering with me for this post!

This looks nice.
I usually only put juice if I think the smoothie will have a less pleasant taste (maybe from beetroot or something unusual I'm using). It really depends and I do tend to avoid it.
