Welcome to #2015STRONG + A Full-Body Workout (Video)

First of all, I’ve gotta start this post by giving a big thank you to everyone who’s signed up for our #2015STRONG mailing list, who’s filled out our survey to give us some insight into what you want and just all in all, for all the incredible support that overwhelmed Alicia, Meray and I after this introductory post to #2015STRONG on Monday! We are so excited to focus on something that’s really about empowerment, collaboration and strength, and so without further ado, let’s kick off this journey with our very first workout video! Let me just start off by saying that I work out quite regularly and yet somehow, after just demonstrating these moves Meray created for the filming of this video, I woke up crazy sore the next day – it honestly felt like I had hit it hard at the gym the day before and not just gone through a couple moves. It made me that much more keen to do the full workout (and also made me concerned that I’d somehow fallen completely out of shape) so I won’t lie, I’ve done this 3 times since filming last Wednesday and not only can I personally attest to how amazingly this workout kicked my ass the first day, I can also reassure you that by the 3rd time going through this circuit, I am already feeling so much stronger (and I may be imagining things this early on, but already seeing more definition too!).
