This past week has been insane in the best way possible! From a fabulous event at the lovely Steveston-based boutique Violet Hill to our amazing Vancouver Blogger Clothing Sale at The Waldorf to the incredible book launch party of Jacquie Somerville’s book “My Fat Little Rule Book” in the glamorous penthouse suite of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia to some exciting career-related news, this week has been packed full! So without futher ado, here’s some little snippets from my fabulous week (and technically, the first week of spring!).
Violet Hill blogger event
Got away with a beautiful blouse, some swag and I was also the lucky winner of a big gift card! Can’t wait to come back and shop!

I wasn’t planning on shooting my outfit Wednesday because quite frankly, it was an outfit I’d planned for day-long comfort rather than style. I had been up since 7 a.m. prepping for a big interview and was just riding on the hope that no one would shoot me at the book launch later that night, but then Cee, Alicia and I had a particularly strong but delicious drink at Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s amazing Hawksworth Restaurant before heading up to the penthouse and any inhibitions I had mysteriously flew out the window.
You always look stylish no matter where you are or what you do! Loved your outfit you selected for comfort. You look so stylish even without trying.

Sounds like you've had a wonderful time this past week! So did I, just too bad I wasn't able to attend the pre-launch of Jacquie's book. Your outfit for that event might have been comfy, but still stylish! That leather jacket is amazing. Let me know how you liked 21 jump street – Graydon and I want to watch it soon too. But it can't really be bad when Jonah Hill's in there. Just watched The Sitter the other day, so funny 🙂
